Stand-up paddle board yoga is the fastest growing sport in America!

Yoga on a stand up paddle board forces you to slow down your pace and gain more focus on your practice, while increasing the benefit of the workout as your muscles will be working harder to obtain balance on the board. First time yoga practitioners and experienced yogis will enjoy the calmness and strength presented by SUP Yoga.

But there are no rivers, lakes or oceans near me?

Floating yoga studios are popping up in cities that may not have access to bodies of water needed for traditional paddle boarding. Using pool sized floating yoga mats, students are able to enjoy the benefits of SUP Yoga in both indoor and outdoor pools in their community. Be sure to look for SUP Yoga classes coming to gyms, recreational centers, hotels and resorts near you.

Who can do SUP Yoga?

Everyone! No yoga experience is needed. Instructors are trained to teach every age and every body! Even the youngest swimmers can enjoy 30 minute family/kids classes.
